ILUMA is a venture-backed tech startup based in Silicon Valley. The company was founded by YCombinator alumni and two-time founders, who've been building AI software together for 8+ years. Our team of incredibly-talented humans work remotely, and are based in San Francisco and Bogota, Colombia.

 

ILUMA is the 'Superhuman' for web3. Using powerful AI, ILUMA breaks down information overload on Discord servers & other web3 community tools (Twitter, Snapshot, Gnosis, etc.), providing decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) & web3 community members with the most important and relevant insights and information right at their fingertips.

We’re looking for an ambitious, highly-motivated professional who's excited to learn what it takes to work in the fast-paced Silicon Valley tech space. This role will work closely with our Head of Marketing & Head of Customer Experience to help us update and maintain valuable data and metrics, and support our Business team leads with a number of special  (and exciting!) projects.

Other responsibilities include: â€‹

  • Keep internal ILUMA and customer data & metrics up-to-date across platforms

  • Lead and carry out special projects for the Business team

  • Research certain platforms, customer groups, acquisition strategies, and providers, among others

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 1+ years work experience

  • Fluency in English

  • Incredibly proactive and assertive - a true self-starter!

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize tasks
