Information is safe, private, and not shared with any third-party AI model providers
ILUMA data is not shared nor used to improve any third-party model providers. Our AI models in our technical stack are compatible with the top compliance standards including GDPR and HIPAA.
All data is fully encrypted
Our technical infrastructure is hosted on AWS Managed Services, allowing up to maintain best-in-class security and compliance practices. Data at rest is fully encrypted using the 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256) and stored on AWS Servers.

ILUMA meets the top security standards on AWS, namely AWS Foundational Security Best Practices v1.0.0, CIS AWS Foundations Benchmark v1.2.0, CIS AWS Foundations Benchmark v1.4.0, and NIST Special Publication 800-53 Revision 5. ILUMA's SOC 2 Type 2 certification is in progress.
